Ladies Only Self Defense Nov 20th

With the upcoming holidays and early nightfall, your personal security may be more compromised. 



Join us in our free Ladies Only Self Defense class this Saturday beginning at 1:00 pm.  You will learn ways to prevent becoming a victim and ways to quickly and effectively escape an attacker. 



Females aged 13 and above are welcome to attend .  This is a good opportunity for mothers and daughters to learn together.



Refreshments will be served immediately after.  This class is free and is sure to be fun as well!



Our martial arts school is located in Morton Plaza at 2300 W. Morton Street, Suite 107 in Denison Texas. We are right next to the Dollar General store. Our  facility has two large workout mats.  See ''Our Facility'' pictures under the photos tab.

With more than 30 years as a karate instructor, Mr Perez is a 8th degree black belt in American Tae Kwon Do. He received the 2004 award of "Instructor of the year" from A-kaTo, a credible five state Tae Kwon Do organization.
